Red Leaf Project Management is comprised of consulting professionals who are ready to work on your next project. Our experience spans multiple disciplines over the past three decades, including the fields of Mechanical design engineering and Interior design. We also have extensive experience managing projects in residential, commercial and industrial construction of varying scale.
We are down to earth with a truly collaborative approach to designing solutions, solving problems and satifying our client’s needs. Our group has been designed to be small and agile, leveraging our extensive industry experience and well sought after skill set. This translates into true value to our clients both existing and emerging.

Osvaldo (Oz) Scimia

Osvaldo is a Project Management Professional with close to 30 years of experience managing projects across a wide range of sectors ranging from industrial and commercial construction to mechanical engineering and manufacturing. Throughout his career, Osvaldo's journey included aerospace, automotive and metal fabrications to name a few. These highly disciplined sectors have taught him a wealth of lessons in areas such as safety, cost control, time management, quality control, lean manufacturing, etc. He has been able to successfully transfer this wealth of experience into the construction sector here in Cayman. Oz has established a high standard for all project managers in the area regarding attention to detail, concise communication and successful customer relationships.
