New Construction
Project tenure: October 2019 to March 2022
Role: Project Manager
Description: The home was not just a marvel of architecture, it was loaded with complex features such as the mono-stringer spiral staircase that wrapped around an elevator, a steam bath and swim jets in the pool, to name a few. There were many other details that posed many technical and integration challenges. Other commercial challenges related to the COVID lockdowns did not hold us back from delivering a successful project.
New Construction
Project tenure: June 2020 to April 2022
Role: Project Manager
Description: The client built their dream home, and it was an honor to be a part of it! Starting up, after the COVID lockdowns, we were challenged to meet the project goals. In addition, the details that went into the build of this home were remarkable. The client’s keen eye for design combined with the knowhow of my team produced a rare gem!
New Construction
Project tenure: June 2020 to December 2021
Role: Project Manager
Description: This villa was comprised of two units that were built simultaneously. Although, relatively straightforward to build, my challenge was to juggle these two projects along with two other new construction projects (in addition to supporting various renovation projects as well as estimating). As with the other projects, COVID restrictions posed a formidable challenge. Despite those challenges, were able to stay the course and minimize any schedule delays. I coordinated the procurement, set up and maintained schedules, monitored and controlled costs, created and delivered change orders, checked and delivered owner reports.
