Client Representative
The primary role of a Client's Representative is to ensure that all stakeholders discharge their responsibilities in a manner that serves the Client's overall interest. Acting as an extension of the Client, Client’s Representative monitors and coordinates the efforts of all members of the Project Team in order to enable to achieve maximum value for each dollar spent by the Client.

As the client representative, Red Leaf will be sympathetic to the objectives of the various individual project stakeholders BUT will first and foremost protect the client’s interests – free from any potential conflicts – and perform an independent co-ordination role to ensure that all members of the project team are working towards a common goal.

Stay ahead of the curve
Red Leaf will anticipate the challenges involved in turning the client’s vision of design into reality during pre-construction planning. This includes value engineering that will help to allocate the project budget in the most effective way. This vision will be translated into the scope document and accurately conveyed to the general contractor though out the project to avoid deviation from it.

The client’s conduit
Red Leaf is comfortable both in the design and construction worlds. Red Leaf understands the key elements of design and will communicate the client’s design vision clearly to the architects and contractors in a practical manner, all the while, mediating any conflicts that occur in the construction phase.

The best solution is not always the first one
The client representative understands the client’s vision and puts their interests above all else! Even with the best of intentions, general contractors cannot promise this. This translates into balancing Cost-Time-Scope and Quality to deliver the best solution for the client.

With Red Leaf acting as the client representative, we establish reporting parameters in the pre-construction planning phase, our reports will be accurate and meaningful resulting in the client’s peace of mind.
